H.I.R.'S SHARED TRADING TECHNIQUE: You find the top 5, most talked about Penny Stocks, take a small ($1,000, $2,000, $3,000), set amount of cash. Divide the money up between the 5 stocks, hold on to them, and usually, 2-3 out of the 5 stocks will rise dramatically at some point, you sell, and you make great profits. You've got to follow the stocks closely to buy and sell in order to reap major profits. Diversification is key when trading Penny Stocks (c)

Post-opening buying:

Let's say a stock rises 5 percent or more during the opening and there's no news about it. Typically, the stock will fall off after 30 minutes of trading. Why? Market makers may be trying to open the stock at an artificially high price to sell off excess inventory they've acquired the day before. However, if the stock doesn't fall after 30 minutes of trading, it's liable to continue rising for the rest of the day. Tactic: Buy at 1/16 above the day's high after the opening. Set a stop at 1/16 below the day's low.

Post-opening selling:

The opposite of the above strategy. When a stock opens lower on no news, it could be that sell orders from nervous investors have piled up since the close of trading the day' before. Sometimes market makers open the stock artificially low, to draw in more panic sellers. This allows them to accumulate shares, because market makers as a rule buy on price declines and sell on price increases. After 30 minutes, the stock usually recovers in price and normal trading begins. The market makers profit by selling the inventory they've accumulated at the lower price. However, if the stock continues to drift lower after 30 minutes, chances are it'll decline more during the course of the day. Tactic: Sell short at 1/16 below the low of the day; set a stop at 1/16 above the day's high.

NavStar Technologies, Inc. (Other OTC:NVSR.PK - News), a GPS navigation company focused on vehicle, asset, and personal tracking, announced today it has successfully entered into an Exclusive Sales and Distribution agreement with Global Fire & Tech Inc.(GF&T) covering Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. GT&T will leverage their existing experience in Mexico to distribute and sell the NavStar vehicle tracking system.

The sales and distribution agreement includes providing equipment, software and related services. The NavStar Fleet Management System will allow owners of commercial and private vehicles to track their assets, provide increased safety and security, and disable stolen vehicles. The three year agreement for hardware and services is expected to generate $30M in revenue from 2009 to 2011.

Green Star Energies, Inc. (Other OTC:GSRE.PK - News) announces today that it has completed the sale of Crows Run in a transaction valued at $1.62M. After further due diligence, Green Star realized that it had acquired a substantially undervalued project much in part to the unrealized deep gas potential at the Crows Run Project in Pennsylvania. This gives Green Star a bookable gain of over $1.3M on the project.

Initial geological reports done in the mid-80s validated oil reserves of 13 million BBLS of oil. The reserve was since proven through over 20 years of oil production. Due to lack of maintenance and rework, the project slowly choked down production through paraffin build up in the last few years. Geological research determined that the levels of deep gas were potentially much larger then were thought and should be further explored.

The level of value wasn't fully determined until after Green Star received several offers from established oil and gas companies over the last 6 months to acquire the project based almost entirely on the gas potential of the deep gas located in the Devonian Period sub-surface rocks estimated between 2,500 and 3,500 feet. After several high profile meetings with interested parties, Green Star focused in on an offer brokered by Ocean Way Investments.
