H.I.R.'S SHARED TRADING TECHNIQUE: You find the top 5, most talked about Penny Stocks, take a small ($1,000, $2,000, $3,000), set amount of cash. Divide the money up between the 5 stocks, hold on to them, and usually, 2-3 out of the 5 stocks will rise dramatically at some point, you sell, and you make great profits. You've got to follow the stocks closely to buy and sell in order to reap major profits. Diversification is key when trading Penny Stocks (c)

Post-opening buying:

Let's say a stock rises 5 percent or more during the opening and there's no news about it. Typically, the stock will fall off after 30 minutes of trading. Why? Market makers may be trying to open the stock at an artificially high price to sell off excess inventory they've acquired the day before. However, if the stock doesn't fall after 30 minutes of trading, it's liable to continue rising for the rest of the day. Tactic: Buy at 1/16 above the day's high after the opening. Set a stop at 1/16 below the day's low.

Post-opening selling:

The opposite of the above strategy. When a stock opens lower on no news, it could be that sell orders from nervous investors have piled up since the close of trading the day' before. Sometimes market makers open the stock artificially low, to draw in more panic sellers. This allows them to accumulate shares, because market makers as a rule buy on price declines and sell on price increases. After 30 minutes, the stock usually recovers in price and normal trading begins. The market makers profit by selling the inventory they've accumulated at the lower price. However, if the stock continues to drift lower after 30 minutes, chances are it'll decline more during the course of the day. Tactic: Sell short at 1/16 below the low of the day; set a stop at 1/16 above the day's high.

Neoprobe Corporation (OTCBB: NEOP - News), a diversified developer of innovative oncology and cardiovascular surgical and diagnostic products, today announced that concurrent with the authorization by FDA to commence patient enrollment in a Phase 3 multi-center clinical study of Lymphoseek, the Company completed the second closing of $3 million in financing committed to by Platinum-Montaur Life Sciences LLC (Montaur) in December of last year. The closing with Montaur provides Neoprobe with funding to commence its Phase 3 clinical studies of Lymphoseek in patients with breast cancer or melanoma and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

The funding is in the form of a secured note with is repayable in December 2011 and is fully convertible into Neoprobe common shares at $0.36 per share, which was the closing price of Neoprobe’s common stock on April 10, 2008, when the investment was priced. In addition, Neoprobe issued Montaur a warrant to purchase up to 8,333,333 shares of Neoprobe common stock at $0.46 per share. In connection with amending the securities purchase agreement related to the second closing, Montaur and Company also modified the prerequisite milestone necessary to receive a final $3 million in funding from Montaur. The milestone was modified to obtaining 135 positive lymph nodes in the Phase 3 trial of patients with breast cancer or melanoma.

Alliance Recovery Corporation (“Alliance” or the “Company”)(OTCBB:ARVY - News) is pleased to announce that based upon agreements with management, attorneys have been instructed to prepare documentation allowing the Company to acquired the ownership of thermal chemical process technology for the conversion of rubber to oil, process gases and a commercial grade of carbon black. The fuel oil from this process is subsequently utilized in large reciprocating engines that drive alternators making electricity for industrial and/or residential demand. The use of this technology was previously licensed to the Company in 2002. The transfer of ownership of the rubber waste to oil process technology to the Company provides for the continued and uninterrupted use of the technology regardless of circumstances.

In a letter prepared by third party consulting engineers, Resource International of Ashland, Virginia pertaining to the cost of “Replacement Technology” dated March 6, 2002, a process “most comparable in technology” was estimated to “have a potential project cost of $13,500,000.” Resource observed that, “At this time, there is no tire processing technology that, in the opinion of Resource, is comparable to the ARC technology in its simplicity or technical approach.”

Furthermore, it was also observed that, “The difference in this technology is that the thermal breakdown of the whole tires, the generation of oil and hydrocarbon feedstock, and the production of carbon black are accomplished in the same reaction vessel offering unique operational and cost efficiencies." As a result of Alliance management’s continued monitoring of developments in rubber waste processing technology, it is the Company’s opinion, that as of this date, these operational and cost efficiencies remain unique only to Alliance.
